5.3 Xphonia Network of Sites will deliver the Service to the User via streaming on their mobile phone. A User must have a Wi-Fi or 3G capable mobile phone in order to use the Service.
5.4 The name Xphonia.com will appear next to any charges issued by Xphonia Network of Sites for the use of the Service.

6.1 To cancel an account and Service, Users can email support@xphonia.com. The cancellation of an account and Service will not automatically indicate that funds used to pay for the Service will be refunded. Xphonia Network of Sites cannot guarantee that a full or partial refund will be granted.
6.2 Xphonia Network of Sites will provide full or partial refunds of the purchase price when it is determined that technical difficulties have degraded the Service to the extent that the Service is no longer usable by the User. Xphonia Network of Sites will offer a full refund of the purchase price for reasons concerning fraud, under the condition that an official police report is provided by the User.

7.1 Users using the Service will not hold Xphonia Network of Sites accountable for any damage or malfunction of the parties or Users mobile phone or computer. Xphonia Network of Sites will not be held liable for any viruses, spyware, or other malicious activity that may result in lost of data, damage - hardware or software - and any other form of loss stemming from the use of the Service.
